Ishikawa Prefecture is a renowned hub for fermentation, home to breweries producing sake, soy sauce, miso, vinegar, and more. At MOYU, we have been developing products and providing services that utilize the power of fermentation in anti-aging care. Fermentation is the wisdom of our ancestors that supports human vitality, and we place the utmost importance on maximizing the innate power = vitality.
We will continue to develop products and provide services that draw out the innate power = vitality in people of all ages and genders.
Glocalization
We have developed anti-aging products utilizing the power of local sake, including Japan's first use of α-EG, a moisturizing ingredient derived from sake, in shampoo.
In the future, we will continue drawing on Ishikawa’s traditional culture and industries, not just in product development, but also in education. Through partnerships with local institutions and expansion overseas, we aim to support even more people through our work.
